Shipping & Digital Delivery

No physical shipping

Pips Noir is a digital web application. We do not ship physical items, so physical shipping fees, couriers and delivery tracking do not apply.

Digital access

Customers access the service by signing in to app.pipsnoir.com. Eligible paid features are enabled after the payment has been successfully verified by the payment provider and processed by our system. Activation may take additional time if a provider notification is delayed or under review.

Delivery support

If paid access does not appear after confirmation, email [email protected] with your account email and payment reference.
