Digital subscription service

Pips Noir VIP provides access to digital software features. There are no shipped goods. The applicable subscription period and any recurring billing authorization appear at checkout.

Cancellation

To cancel a subscription or prevent future renewals, email [email protected] with your account email and transaction reference. Where a payment provider offers self-service cancellation, you may also use that provider's process. Cancellation requests should be made before the next scheduled billing date. Access already paid for ordinarily remains available through the paid-through date unless the account is suspended for misuse.

Refund requests

If a payment was duplicated, charged without valid authorization, or paid access was not provided due to a verifiable service failure, contact us promptly with supporting details. Requests are assessed on their facts and applicable consumer law. A refund is not guaranteed merely because trading signals differ from expectations, trades lose money or the market is closed. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where supported; processing times depend on the provider and bank.
